Return Policy

  • If a product received is damaged by the shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, please report within 48 hours to return the item.
  • If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service at cs@mattressdirect.ca and mention the reason for your return.
  • We have a 30-days return period and the items are inspected upon receiving by our warehouse team. Please make sure that the item must be in its original packaging to avoid re-stocking or handling charges.
  • We do not accept returned open mattresses due to hygiene and COVI-19 situation.
  • Returns received past 30 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded.
  • Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged

Refund Policy

  • Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. 
  • It may take up to 7 business days for credit to appear. 
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected.
