If a product received is damaged by the shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, please report within 48 hours to return the item.

We have a 30-days return period and the items are inspected upon receiving by our warehouse team. Please make sure that the item must be in its original packaging to avoid re-stocking or handling charges.
We do not accept returned open mattresses due to hygiene and COVI-19 situation.
Returns received past 30 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded.
Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged
Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase.
It may take up to 7 business days for credit to appear.
Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected.
