COVID-19 Effect

With immediate effect, Due to COVID-19 situation we are not taking any returns back. We are sorry for the inconvenience. As everybody works from home, there is a huge influx of orders, we have diverted our workforce more towards fulfillment, therefore phone lines will not get responded.

Any merchandise sent back without RA# will be charged a $9 Handling Fee.

Money Back Guarantee for Memory Foam Mattresses

If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your memory foam mattress, you can return it for a refund less the original shipping charges depending on the area. The customer will be responsible for returning the product via Fed ex or UPS with their own expenses. The product will be inspected on return and issued a refund less original shipping, if the product is in a reasonable condition (no stains, signs of abuse, etc. ).

(Some time we offer discount on shipping, but the original shipping will be the exact charges incurred  while shipping  the mattress  to your home)
Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused. We must be notified within 10 days after your 30 day trial expires. Please note we will not accept returns BEFORE the 30 day trial has expired, as it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress.

Please Note: 30 day money back is not valid if purchased using a coupon or voucher or purchased in store or at a special sale price.

We will not be able to take the mattress back if:

  • Mattress is damaged (cut, scratch)
  • Any stain on the mattress.
  • No original packing. Plastic bag
  • Must call or email before 7th day, after the delivery for return of unopenned Mattresses
  • Missing, original packing.

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture.The delivery personal  will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.
